He has nearly ten years of experience with collegiate and professional athletics and managing multi-million dollar sports facilities. As well as having played, coached, and worked in the business of sports, Tom has experience in the off-field components that are critical in developing a player's image.

Josh is an attorney with a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St Paul, Minnesota, and is also a certified NFL agent. Josh has a wide range of legal experience, focusing on negotiations and drafting of contracts. He received his bachelor's degree in History from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, where he also played basketball.
