Tom is a graduate of University of Minnesota with a degree in Sport Management. He has nearly ten years of experience with collegiate and professional athletics and managing multi-million dollar sports facilities. As well as having played, coached, and worked in the business of sports, Tom has experience in the off-field components that are critical in developing a player's image.
